Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you browse the shop, we record anonymous usage events — such as product views and searches — to understand what shoppers are looking for. When you place an order, checkout and payment are handled by our commerce platform, which collects the details needed to fulfil your order (name, address, payment information).
How we use it
Order information is used to process and deliver your purchase and to handle returns or support requests. Browsing events are used in aggregate to improve the catalogue and the shop. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and storage
The shop stores your cart and wishlist on your own device so they persist between visits. Our commerce platform may set cookies needed for checkout to work.
Your choices
You can clear your cart and wishlist at any time from your browser. For questions about your data, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, reach us through the contact page.
